Krieger’s Nursery guarantees all plants to be viable dormant plants upon shipment. OPEN YOUR BOX AND CARE FOR PLANTS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If plants are not received in good condition, notify us immediately. If plants are received damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, take photos of the damage and forward to us. Claims for non-viable nursery stock must be submitted as soon as purchaser becomes aware of a problem. Notify us in writing with varieties and quantities involved. Photos required to aid in evaluating any claims. Settlement of claims for non-viable stock may be delayed so we may make a fair evaluation of all claims submitted. Customer pays shipping on any replacement plants that may be sent. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assure plants selected will grow in their USDA hardiness zone and are shipped at the appropriate recommended planting time for their location.
